Ensuring high-quality customer service in the store
Consistent monitoring and execution of store operating procedures
Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store
Customer portfolio management / Resolution of customer issues and complaints
Inventory management / Ensuring product availability as well as orderliness of the showroom and storage areas
Processing and management of order documentation, price changes, and product returns
Achievement of sales targets
Degree from University (AEI) / Technological Institute (TEI) / Vocational Training Institute (IEK)
Previous work experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
Good command of the English language
Good computer skills
